Notes:

Community Honda is not in Moovila.

CCP – additional 10 iPads are up and going (again I have some concern if we are charging for all the devices)

Dolan – Moovila not updated to reflect Jan 8 kick off – spoke to Mark on this

Ettleson – Plan is to get Darren to get a list of security groups. Mark needs to send communications on Training, Kick Off, Expectations.

Hiller – Sunday clean up – cut over on Monday.

Autobarn Vita – NAS fan is out – Ricky has setup an RMA – I advised Mark to get good communication out to Autobarn, then forward that to Nic/Chris/George.

Lucid Medical – Project for an office move – this needs again to be in Moovila in pre-sales area.

Moovila integration to Autotask is working but time entry is not sync – should be by end of year. Dec 4th they will do testing on the integration w/ Mark and train.

Went through Autotask – We are going to reuse a field in there called status details – needs to be on everyones list view – Mark added it to his – but it would be good to verify it is on everyones or everyone puts it on there. We will use status details field as a "Quick Status" field.
