Who handles implementation after the plan is set?

Mebuis and MebuisWorks. Mebuis is the consulting, management, strategy, leadership, process, and lean side of the work. MebuisWorks handles technology, architecture, design, implementation, and integration. When the plan calls for outside specialists, we help you find the right industry-specific partners, negotiate the contracts, and manage the implementation so it lands the way it was planned.

What does MebuisWorks do?

MebuisWorks is the technology arm of Mebuis. It handles design, architecture, implementation, systems integration, and AI — from ERP and CRM through to our own Astra AI. MebuisWorks does the implementation. Where the plan needs a software partner instead of a build, Mebuis helps you pick that partner, negotiate the rates, and manage the project through to go-live. All our experience goes onto the project, so it moves quickly.
