Need the Unified piece implemented. Advanced SIM piece we don’t currently license for, Nic wants us to do it. Kasaya Doesn’t want to sell it yet until after the 1^st of the year.

SIM Licenses were released we have 1500 of them now.

Pro Services team – receive feedback from CruHu from customers.

Surveys as well – and can we do anything with CruHu.

Tams are more 1 dimensional that it can map back to a single ticket, making CruHu a good option but Pro Services project team CruHu is the wrong tool to measure their successes and criticisms.

Looks like Chevy Exchange is going to be sold. Zack included Chris on an email with some IT director guy. Ouch!

Turning Point going to build an expansion this coming year 2026- YAY.

Calumet – SaaS – project – new – Wednesday the 7^th kickoff

Calumet – New PC 6 refresh + Win 11 upgrades – Wednesday the 7^th kickoff

Community Honda – SaaS Alerts Implementation – all policies enabled – SIM licenses are available – roll out with Wanson – Jan 6^th.

Loeber – Mercedes – David got the speaker ordered for the music issue

Loeber – CoPilot implement – Kick off call w/ Mike Loeber – turn on 2^nd week of January – Jen approved the licensing – Ethan is going to follow up to get that rolled out in January.

Mazda Orland Park – m365 implementation – everything done, everything is cut-over – policy issues breaking CDK – so we shut off policies and we need to get them re-enabled and troubleshooted.

Galactic Advisors – Sorted a bunch – punted to Mid-Jan – technology for zero trust and documentation on our rollout

Exchange PC Refresh –Ethan doing these in afterhours. Still have 7 left to do.
