Getting Security initiative off the ground

SaaS Alerts

Need the Unified piece implemented. This came up today.

User Validation piece that authorizes a user to login to an APP.

Testing now and turning on at Shartega – Friday testing happened- will get turned on for everyone this week

Pro Services team – receive feedback from CruHu from customers.

Surveys as well – and can we do anything with CruHu.

Tams are more 1 dimensional that it can map back to a single ticket, making CruHu a good option but Pro Services project team CruHu is the wrong tool to measure their successes and criticisms.

He ended up working on a bunch of other templates, but did not get to this one.

Build some levels for I love you – need to review with Nic.

I want to have CruHu walk through – Need to slate some time late this week early next week for this.

Mark and I did walk through on this Thursday. CruHu says they are going to do more for projects in future releases.

Could do like a 5/5 manual badge to the techs on a project with something like that.

We are making an initial MSPBOTS survey dashboard. 

No progress yet on that from Thursday to today.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Still having problems from multiple clients on sign-off, loeber being the #1 not signing a single thing off.

Finally got Jen to respond – she doesn’t feel comfortable signing off on things she doesn’t understand, we are going to come up with the right people at each location to involve.

Report doesn’t have project name

Wanson – might be able to show project names via MSPBOTS vs. built in Autotask report.

Report/Surveys are being sent to multiple people, only one is typically signing off, we need to deal with statistics as it relates to those that are multiple people ensuring one is signed, and the others that aren’t signed don’t hurt KPIs

To discuss w/ Wanson as we adapt MSPBOTs to a projects dashboard.

Community Honda – UPS – Approved – $4k – for two circuits. Need to send over to the customer. Email reviewed by George – sent over – no response yet.

Community Honda – SaaS Alerts Implementation Quote – Schedule a kick off call w/ Wanson, internal kick off was this morning. Now trying to find availability this week.

Doland Engineering – Network is up – Completed – They want to wait until Fiber from Comcast is turned on. – So not closing out after all.

**Evanston Podiatric – Complete

Hiller Ford PC Refresh – Ethan internal review for 4pm today. Windows 11 upgrades under 9 machines. Ethan is going this week to install UPS and some memory, while onsite he is going to kick off some Windows updates that are failing in-person. There are a few that may not be able to take the upgrade at all and may need to be replaced.

**Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Closed project

**Loeber – Firewall – Completed – Confirming that they have remote access. – Should be complete

Loeber – CoPilot implement – Purchased Copilot for Shartega – this would allow us to roll it out internally to see how it all goes – before we roll out to Loeber. Ethan reached out to Microsoft with the tools to run against the tenant for copilot checks and verifications.

**Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

**Loeber – White Building Power refresh – Done

Lucid – NDWC Devices – to LMS. Waiting for one more person – they received it from UPS today – Wes is following up to work with her on the new laptop.

**Mazda Orland Park – Switches –  Finished – Signed off has been sent.

Mazda Orland Park – m365 implementation –Kick off happened – Moving forward. Licensing cost concerns. Sent USER list over to Eric/Jack – checking w/ Doug to get this updated and sent over. Doug still hasn’t gotten it over – Mark to get it over today – Licensing review call tentative for tomorrow @ 1pm.

**Autobarn – Firewalls are done – Sign offs sent.

**Autobarn – Wireless APs – Completed – scheduling close out call – emailed last week without a response.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold. Emailed on Friday to see if there is an update.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion – On Hold

Exchange PC Refresh – Successful PC Refresh training occurred. Ethan been onsite all week – 50 machines were staged. 8 are now complete. Kevin has not been helping with anything so far. Ethan is scheduled out this week to help. About 80hrs are left for this project.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Needs to see what the signal strength is now. David sent quote – prepping for Zach for approval – Still not sent to Zach. GPS is installed, Cellular not installed until this quote is approval. – Still not approved from Friday email.
