Notes:

Had thoughts after Tuesdays marketing discussion regarding the projects process – I am thinking we might create a "thank you – love you" swag/wow kit that we can trigger Marketing (Jordan/me) after a project closes and is signed off – that exceeds a threshold of $$$, lets say $5000+ projects, once closed and signed off, we send them a thank you/love you wow kit. I expressed this to Mark and we discussed today. It was a productive discussion. I'm going to work with Jordan to come up with some concepts, edges, etc.

We might want a marketing follow up – swag/gear – love you package sent over for larger projects – need to determine a threshold.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Workflow/Automation Discussion – People are simply not signing off – Need to get this to be more aggressive.

He has tried to re-open a task to trigger another email automation and that isn’t viable. – he got this to work – to regenerate the survey.

Suggested he call them – there are at least 5 unique projects not signed off. – He going to email them with the link and ask them to complete it. Follow up with phone call if they don’t after a couple days.

Might need vCIO/Chris to address it in person/at shore up meetings.

How are we going to measure these KPIs and feedback going forward?

Mark has roused a bunch to get signed off. A few more are now done. More touches still needed.

Ettleson Hyundai – Mailbox data is now moving. Still moving.

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Closed project

Loeber – Firewall – Monday install

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Loeber – MFA – not needed – so it is going to get closed out.

Lucid – Anonymous Tip Line – Configured – Working with end users for testing and happiness.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Hardware this week – didn’t necessarily hear about the antennas.

All 3800 Firewalls are in now – most are being deployed as we speak.

Shartega will be a template for other customers for quotes. SaaS implementation/24hrs.

Caught up on most of the proposals out there.

Shartega needs to get moving forward on moving to Teams VOIP – This will be a learning process on what can and can’t be done with teams. Lucid wants to do this too.
