Need to set some September goals – will address week of the 7^th.

Resource Management         

Wes – 9/7 for 2 weeks off back to back (I don’t like this policy)

Sam – 9/15-9/29 for 2 weeks off back to back (yuk)

Doug – 9/19-9/22 (Friday/Monday) long weekend – Doug

Mark out 11/13-11/14 for Birthday.

Mark has some vacation to use – probably end of Sept

Any Special Resource Management items (events/etc):

Finish your process documentation for sign off template.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Workflow/Automation Discussion – People are simply not signing off – Need to get this to be more aggressive.

Suggested he call them – there are at least 5 unique projects not signed off. – He going to email them with the link and ask them to complete it. Follow up with phone call if they don’t after a couple days.

Might need vCIO/Chris to address it in person/at shore up meetings.

Project Notes:

Community Honda – UPS – Approved – Electricity point of contact – need to pull circuit

Doland Engineering – Network is up – Still no move in date – She is going to reply

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – No Sign off – Wrapped

Ettleson Hyundai – Moving forward with GMAIL Migration

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Closed project

Loeber – Firewall – Monday install – he didn’t respond – so Sept 8 next possible Monday

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Mazda Orland Park – Firewall – Still working through this – knocked 10 hours off to do them both on the same day – may need to install this separate – which would cause the hours increase. Might need to push some of these hours in another/future project.

Mazda Orland Park – Switches –  Scheduled for Sept 28

Autobarn – Firewalls are done – Sign offs sent.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7. No update on when this is going to start again, this target date is not confirmed.

Exchange PC Refresh – Hardware is ordered – Onsite scheduled to train.

Exchange – Another Signal booster – HP – GPS/Cellular hardware is about 15 days out.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Did the signal test – The quote is back – hardware is days out..

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – These are starting to land – we are staging these up – I recommended Doug take someone (Ethan) under his wing, and do knowledge transfer.

Reviewed Quotes. (This is a standing note – only listing challenges going forward for Quotes)

Need to get the SSL VPN solutions out to the clients. Need the quotes to get out for this solution.
