Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Went thru the templates – going to workflow/automate off a task.

Wanting to complete by Thursday. Going to test on test projects.

Thursday Update: Test worked – Workflow Task Title – Project Complete Survey and Status = Complete when a Task is Edited. He has the mail merge on the communication template working. Gave some template feedback – he is adjusting it a little.

Project Notes:

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – Signed off.

Doland Engineering – Wes & Ethan onsite today (Thursday) doing that.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved. Waiting for hardware to show up. Should be in pretty quick. Waiting on Zacks approval on Dates. Kick off Call went well. _ need to approve some additional hardware – install August 14^th.

Loeber – UPS – Install on Sunday.

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Thursday on tonight.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – Waiting on Sign off.

Autobarn Volvo – Circle Lot – Waiting on Sign off – Juno Still needed to sign off

Audi HP Service Expansion – Need another quote from David to re-run a network drop – to route cabling up around the door neatly. (Project on Hold until Zack sorts out construction vendors)

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7.

Exchange PC Refresh – Hardware is ordered – Rick sent follow up email this morning to ingram.

Exchange Switch – Audi Done, Porche next Monday, Chevy following Wednesday.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Just got approved. Walk thru next week.

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – Looks like August 22^nd for some inventory to open up – communication today on that.
