Jordan saved the search in seamless with all the sic codes – he was still not getting much results – seamless can be finicky about too many search parameters. At first I reduced to see, and it was giving me less results. I decided to pull the SIC codes, put all the titles back in (I had reduced those as well) – and instead did Industries vs. SIC codes and selected manufacturing, pharma (which is different type of manufacturing), chemical, metals, mining, machinery, a few others. Brought the list counts up to 7000+. Some of those are still going to have too many employees – easy enough to sort out afterwards.

Due to us already downloading for another similar ICP we had in the system, many of the leads (id say 20%) needed to be "restored" which is a by hand process. So I went through and restored as I brought down all our daily credits worth of contacts. List is set now for continued downloading as we want to spend credits on it.

I converted to CSV file to XLSx and sorted it by staff count, and then removed everything above 150 employees and anything below 10. There was a handful that didn't have staff counts listed – i left them.

Sent the list with an email letting Nic know.

Action Items:

Download another 1000+ over the next 10 days. Continue to work on the "restores" for the 7000+ outside the credits.
