Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – No Sign off yet

Community Honda – Had closing call – need to complete windows 11 updated – as soon as that is completed we will send sign off.

Dan Wolfe UPS – Tom was concerned that his electrician was bullshitting him. 

Autobarn Imports – 1 finance machine needs help getting the upgrade done. 

Mazda of Orland Park – Resend the project sign off- was resent.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved. Waiting for hardware to show up. Should be in pretty quick. Waiting on Zacks approval on Dates. Kick off Call went well.

Autobarn – Service expansion – Quote Approved – getting this kicked off.

DWG – Print Services Migration – Wes sent end user documentation sent to Dan Wolf.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – Finished testing, got sign off on them. Finish e-com setup/integration w/ business manager – brady wants to buy one more iPad – test the process on the 13^th iPad. Once we have it in hand – make sure coverage is working as expected. There was feedback from Brady on change -orders.

Autobarn Evanston – Cabling & WAP installation today.

Autobarn Volvo – Circle Lot – Wes is taking care of this today – should be wrapped today.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Close out meeting with them. Review tomorrow with team on how that went so he can send out sign offs.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7.

Exchange PC Refresh – Went through a call w/ Zack – went through expectations.

Exchange Switch Quote – moving forward – Renew Meraki partner status to get that done – looks like it is moving.

Loeber UPS refresh   – Approved.

Action Items:

Did not get through some of the goals. Need to get to that on Monday with Mark. Partly because we were running late due to Marketing meeting going long, I was trying to get mark thru essentials and then let him finish his day.
