Notes:

Lucid – No internet up on Hotspots – think we can bring up core network off one of the hotspots. Hardware being patched in with WiFi access. Wes out there tomorrow to meet with Comcast on the Fiber – hopefully be up tomorrow.

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management / out there til Wednesday. Ethan due Tue/W/Th this week. Doug is doing a walk thru. He needs to finish planning out the network migration tasks. This is the one we will have Doug start to write this up – so we can have stuff for Wes to try to follow on the next one. Will have someone onsite the day after to ensure static devices/etc/ get identified and handled. Service center is having trouble migration of the VM. Doug going to try another approach to fixing it. Need to figure out the keeper system. Looking at alternative quotes. Now we need to do something.

Community Honda – approved Pc refresh – equipment ordered

Shartega – UPS received – not scheduled yet for Sam but there is a team meeting next Friday might be a good time to do that.

Doland – appears to be working for the most part – there is a ticket in w/ Microsoft that Mark is batting back and forth with them. They are trying to blame 3^rd party add-ons and Mark is holding to it being the sync service.

Looking for hardware on some of the projects.

Autobarn – Sales IPads – need to get this moving forward once hardware is received. Wes is out on the 16^th – bootcamp – we need them to pay the invoice to get the hardware moving.

Autobarn Imports – Windows upgrades likely to be done next week

Exchange – Zack buying his own Meraki gear vs. buying from us. Had discussion w/ Mark re: this – Zack and team would never allow someone to come to their service center with an alternator they bought somewhere else and want them to install it. Discussed some push back items.

Loeber – just have Wes & Sam get out there and work on this if we can’t get the other items off the bench.

Chris loaded more proposal opportunities in there – Mark is finding out that we need more information on some of these from Chris.

A bunch of the quotes have been sent.

Went into working session with Mark updating moovila and Autotask where dates and approvals were not accurate. He updated more today. Not sure about them sync to Moovila -need to look at it on Thursday if the updates he did today in Autotask have pushed into Moovila.

Briefly discussed that Moovila has a UI upgrade coming out.
