Notes:

Ethan is out at the end of the week, asked Mark last week to review and make some resource usage adjustments with him out. He is going to assign Sam, but then said he wanted Sam to do 15 PCs – I am doubtful on that.

Challenging Mark more on resources, training, capabilities.

Discussed Wes not as good of a tech as Doug. Wes needs to shadow Doug on things he doesn't know that Doug does. This was part of our discussion for redundancy for Doug & Wes for that matter and to document these processes.

Autobarn still no response to survey/sign off. He is going to call.

We sat with Moovila and reviewed projects in there – I have suggested that end dates are already passed for active projects and go back into all end dates and review them for all open projects and re-adjusted.

Get Wes working on Addigy unsupervised to supervised. Update the policies – West can do this in his downtime.

Going to go ahead and get PCs installed before the fileshares since Ethan is out of town – Certain folks may wait until Doug returns to do theirs at all.

I am out thursday and everyones off next monday for memorial day – going to reschedule this weeks meeting to Wednesday – then skip Monday next week and do Thursday only.

Action Items:

Review next weeks resource usage – and report on Tuesday evening for Wednesday call.
