Mark sent me a draft survey last night from autotask – it looked more like possibly a template for a case/reactive issue sign off – not really projects and project satisfaction. I took some time to draft 8 survey questions for him to craft into the survey or use as ideas on how better to approach project completion and satisfaction metrics.
