ISP – BG Check issue / Offer Letter
Notes:
Tracked HR/ADP response – he did consent to a background check. Concern is the offer letter was extended apparently without language related to the background check – they are discussing declining him on that, or "elimination of position" – to ensure this doesn't get legal. Looks like Nic is going with "elimination of position" – given he does that the ISP role will need to go into hibernation for a while.
Action Items:
See if candidate accepts this outcome. Nic still needs to reach out to him.
