Chris called regarding the texting issues w/ Shartega and that there needed to be better coordination with Jose (although I felt we were coordinating and followed through to everything requested) – I discussed that my RingCentral approval for texting was not this difficult. I suggested we get Jose on the phone go through how I did it and discuss how he did it. So we did, we got Jose on Zoom and went through my screens and his. I then sent screenshots to include the actual language I used for answering each question. He is going to re-submit with that as a template.
