Lucid – Hardware ordered – Internet Connection to be ordered w/ Comcast or Infinity *Cable modem

Autobarn – Quote to Vivian

Hillard Ford – Equipment is dropping – Sam to do next week.

Ettleson – 12 of 19 were deployed – trying to get 7 done today. I don't think this will happen. But this is good learning for Mark to know resource capabilities.

Dan Wolfe – 7 Surfaces Pros being re-provisioned for shop. We need to make sure these get included in the monthly billing.

Shartega UPS – No update

Lots of Proposals – Priority / Resource Management / Big Projects and setting timeline expectations such as window to start window to end, etc.

We went thru Autotask Surveys, and it was not really for a project, was more of a ticket survey (template I suspect) – I sent over some revisions/re-do on the Projects.

Action Items:

Continued follow up on Survey – need to talk to Nic on the UPS Project/Internal Projects.
