Notes:

DWAG – still not buttoned up – pushing to end of next week (2/21) – I have asked Mark to send an update to DWAG,cc Chris, forward to me, Nic. Software Hanel slowed us down on this – won't work on Win 11 – although they claim it will – backing the machine to Win 10 and see if it will load. Win10 has no support in October. We need Hanel to get fixed between now and then: Plan given it works on Win 10 is to create a few calendar reminders for 8/1/2025 for 3 weeks in a row to be sure we try to re-install Hanel on a Win11 machine, if it installs, swap it out, and get that Win10 machine back to 11 and back into service. I didn't want a ticket to stay open for 6 months, so we will use reminding calendar entries.

UPS project still not moving due to electrical vendor, now scheduled for 2/17. Apparently if I am correct the UPS isn't ordered yet? Mark for some reason wants to wait to order it until when visually we see the electrical outlet.

I forgot to ask him about the email to Lucid on the cabling. I will hit him up Monday on that. Still need to talk to Ricky about checklists/addons/etc. Might wait to talk to Nic next week first.

Snow storm also slowed a few things down.

Action Items:

Still need to talk to Ricky about missing cables on UPS and preventing that in the future w/ Bench tech

Still need to find out about Lucid cabling job

Let's see if Mark forwards communication to DWAG on pushing completion window to end of next week to Nic & I.
