Notes:

DWAG – UPS project is dragging

DWAG – Chevy – DHCP cut over to occur this week

DWAG – Change orders for remaining PC's for refresh – I want to follow how this process continues going forward

Doland – An old PC there did not work with the refresh test. Maybe up to next week before we progress.

Ettleson – File migration done – mtg w/ Darrin to review + schedule cutover (where do we store such meeting knowledge)

Lucid – Did not like the cabling part of the quote – going back to building for more TI (tenant improvement money) or to get a quote from their preferred provider to compare. The project part of the quote was fine otherwise.

DWAG – apparently there was an All-In-One PC that was part of the original project, it was rejected along the way, and replaced with a regular PC or another solution, now the All-In-One is back up for discussion in another spot, and it too is another Change Order. (I may have something here mis-understood but I think I have the general idea here) – I plan to clarify more.

Action Items:

-Have Mark show me how/where he is doing communication documentation, mentioned it was in time-entries but is that the right place for it.

-Discuss how we report on that.
