Subject:

Nic <> George || 1-1

Notes:

Reviewed activities for Mark & Opollo prior to meeting – spent time with Jordan on Opollo cut over items and making sure he gets to following up on them. I asked Jordan as well for an update to reflect all the items I had emailed so I could follow up with Nic on those during 1-1. Jordan took it a step further and prepared a report, well laid out, on the status of all things related to the transfer from Opollo to Mebuis/Shartega.

Discussed these items with Nic on the call. And some of the strategy we are going to use approaching the change over. Also discussed with Nic a process flow for how we are going to deal with call lists, vetting lists, etc. for new inside sales person. I had requested last meeting and reminded Nic i'd like some examples from his peer group on Job Descriptions for the inside sales person so I can develop a starting point/draft of a Shartega JD for the position for him and I to put a bow on and post. I am going to come up with (along with Jordan) an outline of what marketing we think should be kept in place to maintain SEO/SEM, organic searches, etc. and social media presence at a minimum. I also expressed we will need access to Kaseya's content portal for continued content that backs up to social media and continues to refresh Shartega website with new content keeping search engines happy. We need some critical ITstack access items, Nic said he would follow up on that as well.

Reviewed time with Mark, progress, etc. and went through a few of the activities with Mark since we talked last. I inquired if there was any feedback, it sounded like it was going well from Marks side as well.

Nic and I discussed car check in and out policy and I am going to draft an initial car check in process for us to review next meeting.

Action Items:

-Opollo transition items

-Marketing minimum plan going forward with Mebuis

-Inside Sales Job Description draft

-Car checkin-out process/policy
