Notes:

Spent time reviewing last Friday's report, got into Moovila, some progress has been made in Moovila, but we need more checklists, and we need to identify more items for post-project completion to be part of projects going forward in templates

Longer Meeting today – had much to cover after being in long beach last week

DWAG – Users from Datto and all devices are enrolled. 2 workstations left not ordered. 13 machines left from original list. 2 at least is in production now. 7 PC left that are not yet in production. The 5 difference are getting figured out (he should have that by next meeting) – I inquired about Monitors from project, they are all delivered and installed. I inquired about RAM and he was not sure, started to look at it, then said he would need to figure that out. I also inquired end of project for graveyarding, recycling, old server, etc. He agreed and said some PCs or appliances may still be joined to the old domain, that needs to be mopped up, DHCP on old server needs to move to firewall. Chris and Nathan were already working on recycling. I let him know recycling and that type of mop up is ok after Feb 10, but we really need to be sure we are on schedule to complete this project by Feb 10. He agreed.

Lucid big move in Apr – we are getting that quoted out – we discussed an additional 20% of risk time to be in the quote. We also bumped a few of the milestones of the project time, and I advised we should put a few hours in there for me as well since I am also working on the project management along with Mark, and we should add a few more for him, we are doing more work than in the past on project management all around and we need to be sure to cover the costs. He bumped it up on both, and on risk.

Doland-Moving to a bigger space – mid march – needs network refresh.

Action Items:

-Communication to clients is still something we need to get in there more – For Feb I am going to rail on it each meeting.
