Need the Unified piece implemented. Advanced SIM piece we don’t currently license for, Nic wants us to do it. Waiting Kaseya to give us licensing to start using it.

Going to ask Nic tomorrow (Fri the 21^st)

Pro Services team – receive feedback from CruHu from customers.

Surveys as well – and can we do anything with CruHu.

Tams are more 1 dimensional that it can map back to a single ticket, making CruHu a good option but Pro Services project team CruHu is the wrong tool to measure their successes and criticisms.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys.

Community Honda – UPS – Electrician week of the 1^st, with Sam onsite on the 7^th.

Community Honda – SaaS Alerts Implementation- First round of alerts Thursday.

Doland Engineering – Network is up – Completed – They want to wait until Fiber from Comcast is turned on. – So not closing out after all. Circuit to be installed on the 12^th.

Hiller Ford PC Refresh – They need a quote 2 PCs that need to be replaced (1 desktop/1laptop) – Onsite for 3^rd win 11upgrade – TPM is disabled.

Loeber – Mercedes/Porche – Memory installed this quarter – scheduling.

Loeber – CoPilot implement – No response from Mike/Jen on kick off call

Lucid – NDWC Devices – Still no email sent for close out call – going to do it today and see if they can do it the week of the 1^st.

Mazda Orland Park – m365 implementation – Eric wanted to be discounted for licensing in the original quote that we don’t need.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold. Emailed on Friday to see if there is an update.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion – On Hold

Exchange PC Refresh – Successful PC Refresh training occurred. Zach wanted to know if he could have someone once a week to work on it or if it would be billable, we explained it would be billable.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Talked to Zach today. Needs to still sign off on quote, send it again.

Reviewed Quotes. (This is a standing note – only listing challenges going forward for Quotes)

Shartega Projects – are stacking up a little – need to keep these paced.
