Spent about an hour on the phone with Chris B today going through the Orland Mazda project(s) – delivery of the projects, the requested credit. It became clear about 1/2 way through that the entire "project" was $16k all – in – so I think that is where Eric is getting at $1600 credit, he wants 10% off due to customer sat issues. Thats a bit steep. We ran through different numbers and different parts of it.

I expressed to Chris that Mark certainly takes this insultingly because it was a signed off scope of work and his team accomplished it on budget and on time. Chris understood. We agreed it is somewhat circumstancial, somewhat customer journey. We also know that 10% is alot of margin to give up. We walked through different parts where I could see some credits being given, but certainly not at $1600 total.

He has a plan, reviewed, and we tweaked, and I think he will get Eric there.

He also forwarded me proposal language/item language that led to some miscommunication/misleading – we should address this going forward.

Communicated with Nic both yesterday and today. Let him know we are handling this, we aren't CCing him to rope him in, just to inform him.

Action Items:

Get Eric satisfied and keeping the overall credit/discount down. Improving future process.
