No big Moovila progress this month. Been working other processes, in particular the sign off process.

No face to face close out call – so a heads up they should expect a sign off link

We might want a marketing follow up – swag/gear – love you package sent over for larger projects – need to determine a threshold.

Pro Services team – receive feedback from CruHu from customers.

Surveys as well – and can we do anything with CruHu.

Tams are more 1 dimensional that it can map back to a single ticket, making CruHu a good option but Pro Services project team CruHu is the wrong tool to measure their successes and criticisms.

Contests vs Cruhu Coins – drive timelines, communication, and customer sat on entire projects that are over a certain benchmark of complication and size to incentivize the team to work as a team to the customers overall benefit.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Going to call Jen directly to see whats up on it.

Reviewing with the team this week on the survey, questions, and sign off process.

Project Notes:

Community Honda – UPS – Approved – Electrician Walk thru – eyes on the space – understand circuit – Thursday the 9th – No Change yet

Dan Wolfe – UPS refreshes at Toyota, Chevy, Lexus – in the IDFs. Looks like they are all scheduled with hard dates – except Lexus has a scheduled date for 10/15 but no hardware yet.

Doland Engineering – Network is up – Still no move in date – Monday the 6^th now.

Ettleson Hyundai – Mailbox data is moved. Gerald responded they should be good on their end – close project started. Tuesday the 7^th for close out.

Evanston Podiatric – Firewall continues to push. Now it is 9/30.

Hiller Ford PC Refresh – Kick off was today – scheduled for the 6^th-8th

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Closed project

Loeber – Firewall – Monday install

Loeber – CoPilot implement – draft list sent over to get this moving.

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Loeber – White Building Power refresh – Hardware on back order-will occur during the week, not a Sunday – End of October.

Loeber – MFA – not needed – so it is going to get closed out.

Lucid – NDWC Devices – to LMS. New Day Care is now closed portion of the business – so refresh the devices into Lucid Medical Services.

Lucid – Anonymous Tip Line – Finished – but needed changes – gave feedback so handling that feedback-closing it out-final response from ethan

Mazda Orland Park – Firewall – AP’s are installed-Mark to review with Wes/Doug on deliverables tomorrow afternoon @ 2:30.

Mazda Orland Park – Switches –  Scheduled for Sept 29

Mazda Orland Park – m365 implementation – kick off this afternoon.

Autobarn – Firewalls are done – Sign offs sent.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –On Hold

Exchange PC Refresh – Successful PC Refresh training occurred. No progress – internal folks on vacation last week – Mark set to check in with him tomorrow.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Mark to validate hardware is in and get David scheduled to install next week.

All 3800 Firewalls are in now – most are being deployed as we speak.

Reviewed Quotes. (This is a standing note – only listing challenges going forward for Quotes)

Shartega will be a template for other customers for quotes. SaaS implementation/24hrs.

Caught up on most of the proposals out there.

Shartega needs to get moving forward on moving to Teams VOIP – This will be a learning process on what can and can’t be done with teams. Lucid wants to do this too.

Need to get the SSL VPN solutions out to the clients. Need the quotes to get out for this solution.
