Went thru the templates – going to workflow/automate off a task.

Wanting to complete by Thursday. Going to test on test projects.

Project Notes:

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – Signed off.

Community Honda – Sign off sheet now. Project complete. Waiting on Sign off.

Dan Wolfe UPS – Sam did it yesterday – wrapping up today and making sure things are good. I liked that we asked for a second opinion and it worked. Tom was frustrated his electrician said it needed a dedicated circuit.

Autobarn Imports – Print Services Migration – Sign off done.

Mazda of Orland Park – This is done

Doland Engineering – Hardware is dropping now.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved. Waiting for hardware to show up. Should be in pretty quick. Waiting on Zacks approval on Dates. Kick off Call went well. _ need to approve some additional hardware – install August 14^th.

DWG – Print Services Migration – Sign off completed and Survey.

Loeber – UPS – Waiting on Hardware.

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Looking at Thursday – looking for network modules which were ordered but we don’t have the hardware yet.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – Waiting on Sign off.

Autobarn Evanston – Cabling & WAP installation today – Completed (not eligible for sign off)

Autobarn Volvo – Circle Lot – Waiting on Sign off – Juno Still needed to sign off

Shartega Firewall Refreshed – Installed – is done.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Need another quote from David to re-run a network drop – to route cabling up around the door neatly. (Project on Hold until Zack sorts out construction vendors)

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7.

Exchange PC Refresh – Ingram & HP going back and forth for pricing – hasn’t been released yet. No official ETA from ingram on them dropping this week.

Exchange Switch – Audi tonight, Porche next Monday, Chevy following Wednesday.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Just got approved.

Loeber UPS refresh – Now for the 17^th.

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – there are some supply chain issues with the 3800s – those that aren’t in a supply chain problem – they are all getting scheduled. These are still B/O
