Notes:

Reviewed projects and priorities today with Mark. I was late due to getting out of Tonore meetings all day – It ran 2 hours over. So I was about 18 minutes late and took the call in the car.

Critical Items:

1) Priorities for this week were the electrician for DWG UPS. Price came in around 4k. This was good news, and the process is now moving forward for that proposal.

2) The Exchange hybrid PC Refresh (116 hours) – This morning Zack approved it along with another proposal that got sent over. So that is moving forward. Good news on both priority items for this week.

Discussed some priorities now that these two are done – we will review again on Thursday.

Resource management leaves Wes on PTO the 23rd for his wifes birthday.

Went through active projects and active proposals.

Action Items:

Follow up on Priorities for this week now that the main 2 have been nipped in the bud early on.
