a.      Priorities 7^th-11^th – Reviewed these today..

                                                                             i.      Need to Tee up

1.      DWG-Toyota – High Voltage for UPS – needs a new circuit – getting a second quote from someone Nic recommended.

a.      Targeting August 10^th for kick off

b.      New vendor says should not need new circuit.

c.       

2.      Exchange – Need a discussion w/ Zach and setup some

a.      expectations – etc. Nic has the proposal to review.

b.      Documentation/Setup process

c.      ¼ machines setup

d.      Let them fail

e.      Host the training at Shartega vs. onsite if they want

f.        Get expectations are – and set some.

6.      Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. Need something official in July – also look at some automations and workflows for reminding people.

a.      Nic still wants to utilize CruHu – but I did ask him to give us some time to get adoption of the survey we created.

b.      CruHu may be able to use badges based on feedback to get CruHu data in there for the technicians

c.      How do we get this to convert into a google review

d.      Do we need to another piece of software that will plug straight into a google review?

e.      Can we post this as a google review?

f.        George to review the Survey document Nic emailed over that he built in ChatGPT

g.       Need standardized Storage area – do we leave them in DocuSign?

h.      What do we do with the survey data once we have it?

i.         Moving data to Copilot to polish the google review for the client

Project Notes:

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – No Sign off yet

Community Honda – approved Pc refresh – 10 PCs remaining – should be completed this week? We will see. –

Dan Wolfe UPS – August 10^th kick off – new vendor says new circuit is not needed.

Autobarn Imports – 1 finance machine needs help getting the upgrade done. 

Mazda of Orland Park – original scope of work is done – Sam finished last 3 memory installs today. – Follow up to Eric to let him know it is all done.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved. Waiting for hardware to show up. Should be in pretty quick.

Autobarn – Service expansion – Quote Approved – getting this kicked off.

DWG – Print Services Migration – Kicking off on July 9^th – Still a go.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – Finished testing, got sign off on them. Finish e-com setup/integration w/ business manager – brady wants to buy one more iPad – test the process on the 13^th iPad. Once we have it in hand – make sure coverage is working as expected. There was feedback from Brady on change -orders.

Autobarn Evanston – Cabling & WAP installation today.

Autobarn Volvo – Circle Lot – Hardware should be received. – Scheduling installation now.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Not approved yet but Hardware quote over to Nic.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion – Met with Wes. Need tech cabling to be run. List of hardware deliverables complete – waiting on a time/material. Proposals are back – need to get them out to Zack for approval.

Exchange PC Refresh – Chris said Exchange is pushing back – No update during review – will ask when back on Agenda above.

Exchange Switch Quote – moving forward – Renew Meraki partner status to get that done – looks like it is moving.
