Jordan <> Nic’s email on being unhappy w/ Marketing
Notes:
Spent time going through Nic's email with Jordan last night regarding Nic's general unhappiness with how marketing is being delivered, reported, and performance. Knee jerk initial discussions related to receiving the email. Set a meeting in the morning to begin reviews. Need to right the boat here. Some concerns from my side on fires, reactions, undoing Opollo, and equally constructive – need to get more aggressive – build a marketing plan/strategy and execution vs. just doing it the way we are with Nic. Relationship is a comfortable one, so I missed some cues along the way here. I have asked Nic to clarify concerns and we need to approach this a bit differently.
