a.      Exchange – Zack – Hardware buys – skirting procurement and setup fees and project fees. – Buying new PCs for PC refresh themselves and hiring an intern to install them – bad ideas all around. 83 computers to replace – we have messaging here we need to convey.

                                                                             i.      Minimal help desk work – so does that give them some “profit” center –

                                                                          ii.       They are trying to cut costs after Chris Orth left – now they are very cost conscience

b.      Golf Tournament – Review on July 7th – we did not get to this today.

1.      Few had a little interest – liked the mentality – not sure how long our IT guy is going to stick around – reactive IT person – need to make a change

1.      Talked to her – she is a 1 man band – at this school – overwhelmed – needs to get a budget approved by the principal- taken back by the range of pricing given to her.

1.      Talked to a developer they tasked IT with – not talking to the owner – tough (not the right decision maker) – budget stand point – get the budget approved. Need decision makers on a meeting with us so we can pitch the right person. This is what I can making a hero deal. Not taken back by the price range.
