a. Currently looking at End Dates

i. Asked him to slate out time this week for this more.

3. Projects that are closing next 7-10 days (this week or next)
a. Autobarn Imports – Windows updates – bumping to next week
b. Lucid 1pm Thursday for the close out meeting
c. Loeber – Project survey sent – needs a docusign
d. Doland – OneDrive Sync project completed
4. Resource Management
a. Wes is out the week of June 16th.
b. Doug has 2 weeks back to back last week of June/July
c. Ethan out half day this Friday the 13th
5. Mark Goals for this week (6/9/2025)
a. Study for Project+ for the 25th scheduled (did the bootcamp) – studied every night. Running through 100 questions a day
b. Project quoting procedure to finalize a process before next team meeting (2 weeks) – spent some time on it this week
c. Need Quotes (“Quotes Requested”) built out more – a list that are needing to get out by priority – get them to Rick – moves to “Quote in Progress”
i. Loeber & Autobarn & DWG Lexus – waiting on David – received – just need build it now
ii. Refast switch quote – Jason replied back today to Doug’s questions
iii. Autobarn – used cars expansion – got it from David – sending over to Vivian.
iv. DWG – Quote is done and sent to Chris

Lucid – should be finished Thursday at 1pm – got managed switch paperwork sent over – was questioned today – and discussed
Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – 8 machines next
Community Honda – approved Pc refresh – discussed next steps – Tom and Mark making plan.
Shartega – UPS received –
Doland – UPS not delivered – apparently it was not received – received everything except the actual UPS – Still can’t provide a reason for outage or fix – known issue – trying to get more issue related to sync issue – wanting to give customer comfort that this won’t be a normal happening – not getting good answer on it. – Close up the sync project.
Autobarn – Everything is cut over now – got the virtual machine for the keeper/key system working. Ethan is going through the list of PCs to 7 machines left to migrate. Some predecessor issues are needed for some of these 7 (such as iPads going into place – so the machine can be trickled) – discussing some with Vivian on Shirley’s machine – etc. home vs dealership – maybe a dock/station/laptop vs a desktop. Vivian approved Pandora media player this week.
Autobarn Imports – Windows upgrades likely to be done this weeks – The machines not taking the updates – CTV-finance02;CTV-salesmgr07,CTV-conf01, ctv-gfisher, LPT-ljanhnk01 – cts-tech05;cts-tech12,cts-inv01; cts-tech11 – some can’t be updated due to storage – some aren’t downloading correctly – some are not online. Wanson – may need to free up/delete space on those machine – temp/msi installers/etc.
Exchange – Zack buying his own Meraki gear vs. buying from us – no movement on this needs to be discussed at some point.
There are some quotes waiting on follow ups – Mark has been working those since our last call.
Laura w/ Survey & Sign off – Sign off is done. Followed up again – still nothing – aren’t being helpful
Loeber – should be getting sign off & survey.
