Notes:

Had a long conversation w/ Chris Bryant today that apparently the offer letter extended to the new inside sales person needs to possibly be addressed. Apparently Chris & Wes and others were discussing the onboarding of this new employee – and in doing so they were discussing the applicants teeth being "meth teeth" – this in itself is something to be addressed as it is an HR issue all around. However, the outcome of them discussing this is that they googled the potential new employee to find a picture of his teeth (again HR mess). While doing so they believe they determined this applicant could indeed have a felony sex charge on his record. Chris reached out to me immediately when this was discovered. Nic was on vacation.

I reached out to Nic and in turn Ricky – Ricky is now escalating it to HR/ADP for next steps.
