Had Marketing meeting with Jordan (combined it with our 1-1, once marketing was done, had Jordan fall off)
Reviewed email blast campaign, May Kaseya campaign, and Social activity/posts.
Verified Facebook campaign. Doing A/B Testing to include some "AI Videos".
Discussed a JOTFORM issue that is still tied to Opollo. Need this remediated.
Nic would like some "content" that can also be used in the sales process (learned more of what he meant in our 1-1)

He wants to discuss Sales process
Monday he had a 3k opportunity with a Commerical/Industrial real estate group – came in via Jotform (hence above). 12 users, quoted a budget of $3k (which breaks down to around $250 a user).
Had a teams meeting with the prospect.
He doesn't really have leave behind pieces, we discussed capabilities, and process ("Our process") type piece. He is also thinking he would like a "I need to change MSPs, why go to Shartega" piece.
Their current MSP is pushing them to use VPNs but at the same time cant say they have a firewall or not. He discussed with them the role of vCIO/TAM and they feel like they have no account management, this would be a resolution for them on that. They don't feel the level 1 techs are taking good care of them.
Nic also discussed an ISP software package he is going to get me the name of – to be used similarly to Pipedrive – where call activities and lists and dialer is all in the software package – tracks metrics – etc. and then when it becomes a real deal then move it to hubspot. We need to discuss integration capabilities between our software, hubspot and this new dialer software.

Get Facebook ads running
Get May calendar built using Kaseya – based on todays "blue" discussion.
Get Agenda for trip next week nailed down
