Reviewed overall satisfaction with what we are doing, Nic said he felt it was going well, and Ricky felt that he was seeing some differences in Mark, communication, etc.
Discussed Opollo briefly.
Discussed Christmas trip in briefly.
Reviewed Opollo a little more.
Reviewed processes re: Ricky and having his 1-1 and getting him a helper at some point. Discussed how I have done it in the past as it relates to procurement, front desk, lockup/inventory, inventory room access & staging.
