I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.  Now that we are all back in the swing of things I am sure you have started to set some goals for your business and your work for 2023.  Having Strategic Focus and Setting Goals at the start of the New Year is always a great way to prepare for how you want to approach your coming year. I think many times you want to break those goals down into major steps for parts of your business.  Such as:

1. Sales
2. Relationships
3. Marketing and Communications
4. Operations and Delivery
5. Learning and Training
6.  

Below is a slide I use many times with our Mebuis Clients you can click to download and use it if you would like to.  I highly recommend taking some time to identify 3-4 goals at the most for each part of the business you identify with working on for 2023.  Once you create this document you can then reference it throughout the year.  I expect all of you use electronic calendars between your phone and Outlook or Google Calendar.  You should create some tasks or events now throughout the year to remind yourself to review your 2023 Strategic Goals to review if what you are doing at that time is working towards these focused goals that you write down at the start of the year.
