Pro Services team – receive feedback from CruHu from customers.

Surveys as well – and can we do anything with CruHu.

Tams are more 1 dimensional that it can map back to a single ticket, making CruHu a good option but Pro Services project team CruHu is the wrong tool to measure their successes and criticisms.

Contests vs Cruhu Coins – drive timelines, communication, and customer sat on entire projects that are over a certain benchmark of complication and size to incentivize the team to work as a team to the customers overall benefit.

We might want a marketing follow up – swag/gear – love you package sent over for larger projects – need to determine a threshold.

I want to have CruHu walk through – Need to slate some time late this week early next week for this.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Still having problems from multiple clients on sign-off, loeber being the #1 not signing a single thing off.

Report/Surveys are being sent to multiple people, only one is typically signing off, we need to deal with statistics as it relates to those that are multiple people ensuring one is signed, and the others that aren’t signed don’t hurt KPIs

Project Notes:

Community Honda – UPS – Approved – $4k – for two circuits. Need to send over to the customer

Dan Wolfe – UPS refreshes at Toyota, Chevy, Lexus – in the IDFs. Toyota – is happy – Chevy is scheduled for the 19^th,and Lexus hardware just came in – so that moved now to next week.

Doland Engineering – Network is up – All moved in. Wednesday Wes at old office removing old network equipment.

Evanston Podiatric – Complete – leaving it open until Sonicwall replacement.

Hiller Ford PC Refresh – Done – Ethan internal review for 4pm today.

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Closed project

Loeber – Firewall – Completed – Confirming that they have remote access.

Loeber – CoPilot implement – Working on scheduling a call to review training and make sure it has everything they want.

**Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Loeber – White Building Power refresh – Hardware is in – needs to be confirmed – Mark is going to lay hands on it.

Lucid – NDWC Devices – to LMS. New Day Care is now closed portion of the business – tomorrow 10/14 will be doing everything but two devices which will be scheduled for the end of the month when they come into the office.

Exchange PC Refresh – Successful PC Refresh training occurred. No progress – internal folks on vacation last week – Mark set to check in with him tomorrow.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Needs to see what the signal strength is now.
