Need to set some September goals – will address week of the 7^th.

Resource Management         

Ethan 9/4 off – he passed his A+ (yay)

Wes – 9/7 for 2 weeks off back to back (I don’t like this policy)

Sam – 9/15-9/29 for 2 weeks off back to back (yuk)

Mark out 10/13-10/14 for Birthday.

Mark Goals for this week (9/7/2025)

Set goals next week – this is a short week.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Went thru the templates – going to workflow/automate off a task.

A lot are not signing off.

Having more language moving to bottom.

Reviewed reminder workflow

Need to get them to sign off – suggesting after 2 sends that Mark starts to reach out by phone

Might need vCIO/Chris to address it in person/at shore up meetings.

Project Notes:

Community Honda – UPS – Approved – Hardware fully received today.

Doland Engineering – Network is up – did not move in Monday for some reason – Sept 4^th move in date

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – Wrapped final part of this last night with Doug

Ettleson Hyundai – Moving forward with GMAIL Migration

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet – Final #’s for registrations – so this should be submitted to be closed.

Loeber – Firewall – Monday install – he didn’t respond – so Sept 8 next possible Monday

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Mazda Orland Park – Firewall – Still working through this – knocked 10 hours off to do them both on the same day – may need to install this separate – which would cause the hours increase. Might need to push some of these hours in another/future project.

Mazda Orland Park – Switches –  Scheduled for Sept 28

Autobarn – Firewalls are done – Sign offs sent.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7. No update on when this is going to start again, this target date is not confirmed.

Exchange PC Refresh – Hardware is ordered – Scheduled morning of 9/8

Exchange – Another Signal booster – HP – hardware is about 15 days out.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Did the signal test – we have next steps for quoting – got the 3^rd party vendor for hardware – sent to Rick.

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – Looks like August 22^nd for some inventory to open up – communication today on that.

Reviewed Quotes. (This is a standing note – only listing challenges going forward for Quotes)

Need to get the SSL VPN solutions out to the clients. Need the quotes to get out for this solution.
