Mark Goals for this week (8/25/2025)

Final steps to sign off and survey completion and workflow implementation/activation/triggers.

Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. 

Went thru the templates – going to workflow/automate off a task.

Wanting to complete by Thursday. Going to test on test projects.

Thursday Update 8/14: Test worked – Workflow Task Title – Project Complete Survey and Status = Complete when a Task is Edited. He has the mail merge on the communication template working. Gave some template feedback – he is adjusting it a little.

Thursday 8/21 update: Changed it around a little and been sending it out today, cleaned up formatting – messaging same as last weeks version – in order to make more automation is built into it along with sign off piece is part of it. Put some of the language in there from sign off. Now it is glued in more to the sign off – workflows are triggering off the task.

Added signature / name and no longer going to use docusign – this way it is all in one and can be seen in the reports.

Going to move a few of the “sign off” things to the bottom for me and changing whats your name to “Type your name as your Digital Signature”

Project Notes:

Doland Engineering – Network is up – did not move in Monday for some reason – waiting to hear when they want to move in so we can schedule someone onsite to be sure everything goes smoothly.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – Wrapped final part of this last night with Doug

Ettleson Hyundai – Quote to migrate their Microsoft data to their new owner – gmail tenant was approved.

Loeber – UPS – Not signed off yet.

Loeber – Firewall – Monday install

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Done – Sign off is sent.

Mazda Orland Park – Firewall

Mazda Orland Park – Switches

Autobarn – Firewalls are done – Sign offs sent.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Still on hold.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7.

Exchange PC Refresh – Hardware is ordered – PC Staging and planning on machines is going out today.

Exchange Porche Service Signal – Walk thru occurred this week.

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – Looks like August 22^nd for some inventory to open up – communication today on that.
