Resource Management         

After-hours resource management with a lot of these projects right now:

Start with DWG and Loeber to start with – total of 4 firewalls

Wes August 6^th – PTO

Ethan August 8^th – PTO

Ethan Bootcamp/Training/Test – August 15^th

Mark 15^th-17^th (Friday 15^th off)

Goals are to work on Autotask and workflow automations.

Project Notes:

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – No Sign off yet

Community Honda – Sign off sheet now. Project complete

Dan Wolfe UPS – Sam is doing it this weekend.

Autobarn Imports – 1 finance machine needs help getting the upgrade done. 

Mazda of Orland Park – Resend the project sign off- was resent.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved. Waiting for hardware to show up. Should be in pretty quick. Waiting on Zacks approval on Dates. Kick off Call went well. _ need to approve some additional hardware – install August 14^th.

Autobarn – Service expansion – Quote Approved – getting this kicked off.

DWG – Print Services Migration – Completing tomorrow night – onsite Wednesday for post-cutover support.

Loeber – Switch upgrades – Staging new switches in our offices.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – Waiting on Sign off.

Autobarn Evanston – Cabling & WAP installation today.

Autobarn Volvo – Circle Lot – Waiting on Sign off.

Shartega Firewall Refreshed – Install tomorrow maybe.

Audi HP Service Expansion – Need another quote from David to re-run a network drop – to route cabling up around the door neatly.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion –Talked with Zack on this as well. Moved the target date to Sept 6-7.

Exchange PC Refresh – Ingram & HP going back and forth for pricing – hasn’t been released yet

Exchange Switch – Zack not getting back on the dates – these are ready to go. Doug putting on pressure. Did get this scheduled for Monday the 11^th. Monday 18^th porche and following Monday.

Loeber UPS refresh – Now for the 17^th.

Slew of Firewall Refreshes – there are some supply chain issues with the 3800s – those that aren’t in a supply chain problem – they are all getting scheduled. These are still B/O

Reviewed Quotes. (This is a standing note – only listing challenges going forward for Quotes)

Spent time inside Autotask making our first workflow. Left it with Mark at the end as we continued to figure out how to build communication template with variables for the project fields to be inserted. He is going to keep playing with it. Was good to do it though for a bit together.
