Agenda – Mark Projects

1.      Project Review Board

2.      Moovila Adoption Updates/Action Items

a.      Currently looking at End Dates

                                                                             i.      We are going to test sync of end dates w/ Autotask

                                                                          ii.       EOW Update – Doesn’t look like they are syncing correctly.

                                                                        iii.       Refast as a test Due 6/11/2025 – just created yesterday – We change it to 6/14 in Moovila and we will see it if moves to Autotask.

                                                                        iv.       Exchange Switch Upgrades – to 8/1/2025 – we will see if Moovila gets the signal

b.      Currently looking at Critical Paths on active projects

                                                                             i.      Asked him to slate out time this week for this more.

                                                                          ii.       He did this. 

3.      Projects that are closing next 7-10 days (this week or next)

a.      Autobarn Imports – Windows updates (still looks like it is on task)

b.      Lucid very well may close up next week depending on the managed router. I recommended that if router isn’t done next week – get it a ticket and close project – don’t leave this project open due to this – get it closed up.

4.      Resource Management         

a.      Wes is out the week of June 16^th.

b.      Doug has 2 weeks back to back last week of June/July

c.      Ethan was out sick on 6/4

Notes:

Lucid – Is up and going – on Fiber – they did not get a managed router – so we have requested that to be replaced.

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – 9 PCs done this week. Some old software not compatible with newer versions of Edge/end point management. Post cut-over support next week w/ Sam – waiting til next week.

Community Honda – approved Pc refresh – equipment received – start to stage computers next.

Shartega – UPS received – look at this tomorrow – while everyone is in the office.

Doland – loading autocad files to autocad cloud with another provider. Sync issues seemed to be resolved.

Looking for hardware on some of the projects.

Autobarn – Doug did site walkthrus for cloud print management – Wes at Service Center – Ethan on PC refresh

Autobarn Imports – Windows upgrades likely to be done next week

Exchange – Zack buying his own Meraki gear vs. buying from us. Had discussion w/ Mark re: this – Zack and team would never allow someone to come to their service center with an alternator they bought somewhere else and want them to install it. Discussed some push back items.

Loeber – Out there on Monday to get it finished up.

There are some quotes waiting on follow ups with the customer by Chris.

Briefly discussed that Moovila has a UI upgrade coming out.

Laura w/ Survey & Sign off – Sign off is done. No notification on Laura doing the survey – looked in Autotask and she did not do it – asking Mark to request her to do it. Said that he should touch her again and let her know we are starting to measure these.

Mark spent time in Moovila – focusing on active projects – updated more critical paths. LTD needs more tasks updated. Lucid was updated. Reviewing active projects – some of the hours were off – he redid some to have them match what was on the quote.

Review sync issues again with tailored tests described above

Prepare for Lucid & Autobarn Windows Updates projects to close out
