Notes:

This agenda was tough to follow – we ultimately ended up in marketing for about ½ of this even though were having marketing in the next session.

Then we got into the lead process flow chart – reviewed and tried to get some holes in it.

Found one arrow needs to be changed to Green – can’t find the color button – my brain must be fried. Edited one of the processes to include doing a site survey.

I need to review how reality goes with these proposals to edit the chart and make it a little deeper. There are probably a few more steps to add into the chart. I’ll make a revision.

We need a 5 page proposal/presentation – 20 pages is too long. Need to look at the current one that made and pair it down.

Marketing:

We need to figure out how to enrich Hubspot data on demand.
