Nic 1-1 <> Marketing w/ Jordan

Notes:

Booking 10 appointments as proactive – recommended email reminder day before.

Nic went to CATA – discussed CATA / Panel / Web – need to build CATA tech content – their board is all Dealer Owners.

We need to build some marketing for objections – confidence pieces such as "How much should I be spending on IT"

I believe Chris & I made one of these pieces and Nic and I saw it in the folder when I was in town – likely needs to be tuned up. – another can be Fractional CIO benefits.

Jumped to the Marketing call.

NIC & Jordan reviewed Marketing, action items, schedules, and deliverables. Jordan will document, much of that meeting I was letting the two of them interact with only small or clarification questions.

Action Items:

Get priority on additional confidence/marketing pieces for Nic to sell with.

Jordan will have items from Marketing.
