Notes:

Autobarn emergency – of course the service center servers are dying right now in the middle of this. Ethan is working the problem – I mentioned to Mark that Ethan is out next two days and to make sure that we do a handoff to another tech, otherwise the fire will be bigger tomorrow. Mark is escalating the PC migration to M365 to help deal with this. May need to pull additional resources to help get this migration done quicker than planned to deal with this server. I said we may need to get a swat team built for this – move some expectations on other clients letting them know there is an urgent situation we need to divert resources to. We might need to steal some TAMs to do this as well, coached Mark on talking to Chris about it. Complicated users maybe stand up a virtual machine RDP for them in the interim.

Mazda PC's were delivered – I was tempted to ask if we got a bill of landing signed off on – but I held my tongue. We do need to get this to be standard procedure. I have it on my list of items I'd like to see us do.

Went through remaining projects – there is still alot of proposal projects that need to be quoted out.

No response from sign off or project survey – for the firewall project – this was our test – requested Mark to follow up.

Action Items:

Continue with some of my initiatives around hardware checkin/inventory room/and delivery.

Continue with getting adoption of project sign offs and surveys.
