Notes:

Nic and I had a quick (25m) call – he had a hard stop. We primarily discussed communication re: projects and change orders. I had a call following this with Mark to discuss / show me more.

We briefly discussed the new vehicles sitting there ready to deploy, Nic had sent me a draft policy on it. Equally we quickly discussed the inside sales rep. and he sent me examples from the peer group and Nic sent a version that was for Shartega for me to review.

He asked I do that before the end of the day so he could bring them up during Friday all-staff meeting.

We discussed the T/F report from MSPBots and Nic would like Est and Act time for the open projects part. Looks like it is there but falling off the edge of the report page layout that is converting the dashboard to a 81/2 x11 PDF. Will review with Mark.

We are starting to prepare for the Opollo switch over. Next week it will be ready to go.

Action Items:

-Work with Mark to show me more on communications/phone/email and how it is in Autotask

-Review T/F report with Mark for Est Act Hours

-Review/Update Company Vehicle Policy

-Review/Update ISR Job Description

-Create Incentives for ISR.
