Notes:
First meeting went well – discussed creating a persona – something rememberable – let him know we expect this to be more challenging at first as he learns and understands the business. We discussed getting contract end approximates, and the current provider if they will give it up, and to set a reminder 120 days out on agreements ending so we can be sure to get into the bidding process. I expressed that he can use me, call me, email me, etc. I am here to help him win.
We discussed overcoming objections, writing them down so we can help him overcome them, etc. We discussed good return rates, of 1-3%. Every week he needs to have a minimum goal of 4-5 appointments set.
We discussed lists, the list process, the good and bad of it, and that we can continue to refine and revise.
Thought the call went well, looking to see when we connect next.
