c.      Not seeing anything else on the support calendar – will update it soon – Mark jumped into ADP to be sure for now – but he is going to double check with team and have them get anything in.

5.      Mark Goals for this week (7/7/2025)

a.      Loeber Motors – 2 quotes need priority

b.      Priorities 7^th-11^th – Reviewed these today..

1.      DWG-Toyota – High Voltage for UPS – needs a new circuit – the existing one won’t support it. Electrician said it will be $10k for a new circuit – texted this morning – asking if it is something they really need to do.

a.      Get two more competitive bids

b.      If they will let you?

2.      Exchange – Need a discussion w/ Zach and setup some expectations – etc.

a.      Documentation/Setup process

b.      ¼ machines setup

c.      Let them fail

d.      Host the training at Shartega vs. onsite if they want

e.      Get expectations are – and set some.

6.      Communication to clients on the Signs offs and Surveys. Need something official in July – also look at some automations and workflows for reminding people.

Autobarn LTD – Mazda – PC Refresh/End Point management – No Sign off yet

Community Honda – approved Pc refresh – Ethan & Wes onsite today – stored – walked thru getting eyes on things. 25 PCs complete – Ethan is out there this week.

Shartega – UPS received –Need to get the registration/warrant information completed (need to ask Sam – forgot to ask today when they got together.)

Dan Wolfe UPS – Issue with circuit can’t handle this UPS, DWG got a quote for 10k to fix. He is ok with us/him get a 2^nd quote/opinion.  Trying to see if we can reduce the cost to pull power.

Doland – Emailed for a close out meeting

Autobarn Imports – Need to schedule resource for Win10->11 systems that aren’t upgrading correctly.

Mazda of Orland Park – original scope of work is done – new quote for memory (still no response) – give to chris and talk to eric and getting it approved and comp some of the work if he approves the two other quotes out there.

Exchange – Switch upgrade – 6 total – this was approved.

Dolan – This should be completed. Need sign off.

Autobarn Imports – PC refresh – Need sign off.

Autobarn – Service expansion – Quote Approved – getting this kicked off.

DWG – Print Services Migration – Kicking off on July 9^th – Still a go.

Autobarn Mazda Sales iPads – payment has been made now – received hardware yesterday – had kick off call. Wes is working backend setup configuration-prefered end date/go live mid-July. Brady said he wants it done by end of July – he has a test. Wants to hang onto the desktops a couple weeks to make sure then they can move to service center.

Autobarn Evanston – Firewall install.

Exchange – Highland Park – Service expansion – Met with Wes. Need tech cabling to be run. List of hardware deliverables complete – waiting on a time/material.

Exchange PC Refresh – Chris said Exchange is pushing back – why not buy the hardware and do the PC installs themselves. Confirmed meeting walk thru next week.

Exchange Switch Quote – moving forward

Exchange – Highland park (HP) – doing the walk this week. (we have a dup company/project in the system)

Touched on getting out proposals. Worked with team this morning to get some hardware lists. Went through Pre-Sales queue for prioritization of quotes.

Laura w/ Survey & Sign off – Sign off is done. Followed up again – still nothing – aren’t being helpful

Lucid – completed – sign off completed, no survey

Loeber – completed – sign off completed, no survey

Autobarn – completed – sign off waiting, no survey
