Reviewed Marks final survey, it is too long, I advised shortening it up a bit. Nic responded it was too long as well. Tracked the emails coming and going then I took the survey and snip-it and removed a bunch of questions and gave some suggestions for changes on any remaining questions.
Action Items:
Look for a final version of survey to use going forward.
