Notes:

Spent 30 minutes on a scheduled 1-1 with Chris B. to review things related to the Tuesday managers meeting. How to manage timing to meet with Clients. How to find middle ground. Advised Nic was willing to move the Manager meeting to end of Tuesday, maybe he can always schedule a closer, smaller client visit on Tuesday mornings. We discussed him removing the manager title again. I advised him that is going backwards and he should work to continue to move his career forward and lets solve this problem. I made sure I advocated Nic's concerns that included when he is remote on meetings he isn't engaging. Nic enjoys him being engaged in the meetings and bringing his leadership to the meetings. I expressed Nic want him to follow directions and be at the meetings. And we walked through some of that and how Nic & I see his career maturing with Shartega and we want him to play ball and be a part and figure this out. He is scheduled to have a meeting with Nic on Monday the 13th.

Follow up next week and see how the meeting went from both sides.
